Camp Shock has been designed to assist in the development of each and every player's overall lacrosse skills. All attendees will receive both individual and group instruction in all aspects and positions of lacrosse. They will learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of:
-
catching and throwing

scooping and loose balls

dodging

offensive and defensive play
-
attack, midfield, defensive and goalie positions
These fundamentals will be taught by our coaching staff though line drills, one-on-one play, odd-man situations and group play.
We have assembled a great coaching staff of collegiate laxers that will help everyone that attends Camp Shock become a better player:
-
Logan Keyser – attack, Salisbury University
-
Ryan Martin – attack, Hampden Sydney College
-
Brett Howe – midfield, Catawba University
-
Evan Althouse – defense, Seton Hill University / UVA Men’s Club

These players will be assisted by the Richmond Shock Varsity Coaching Staff and current players.
